An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Learning Coach to support the operation of the college Digital Hub. You will provide proactive support, advice and coaching to students and staff with the aim of maximising their engagement in digital learning and to help them overcome any barriers that could hinder the development of their digital skills. You will be highly motivated and maintain the highest standard of customer care whether in person, on the telephone or by e-mail.
The successful candidate will hold a Level 3 or above relevant teaching qualification and have GCSE grade 4 or above in maths and English; or equivalent. You will also have experience of working in a customer-focused environment and ideally you should also demonstrate experience of working in a training role.
The post will require you work across all Campuses but you will have a base Campus of Twelve Quays or Conway Park. The post involves working 37 hours per week.
