About the Role


This is a key role in contributing to a professional and specialist advice and guidance service to support students with learning differences, disabilities, health conditions and mental health difficulties to enable them to access their university studies successfully and encourage academic progress and student retention.


About You


  • You will be a highly organised individual to join our HE Achievement and Success Centre at Hartpury University.
  • You will have experience of working in a one to one or small group capacity with adults with a range of disabilities and ideally you will hold a Mental Health Qualification or an SpLD Qualification. 
  • You will have the ability to work flexibly and under pressure with excellent communication and team skills.
  • Ideally, will possess a degree or equivalent qualification in an appropriate area.
