We are currently looking for a qualified, experienced and capable Education Coordinator to lead on the EME provision for Cumbria, Lancashire.
You will be responsible for the development, delivery and maintenance of a range of educational provision covering skills and employment but with a particular focus on an outstanding student experience within the English, maths and ESOL theme. You will work as part of an area team, and will support and manage tutors, work with volunteers, branches and members to deliver education provision within a themed or geographical location.
You will specifically be responsible for ensuring the compliance and quality of the EME provision within your area.

Whatever your background, you will need a degree level education plus teaching and assessor qualifications, alongside extensive experience of developing tutors, co-ordinating diverse stakeholders and building voluntary or membership organisations. Equally importantly, you should be exceptionally organised and methodical, with great leadership and coaching skills â€“ and you will be ready to make your mark from day one.
