We are looking to hire a number of roles within our Institutional Effectiveness Team. The role of the Reporting & Support Analyst provides first line support to users in all reporting query and matters. They will assess all incoming calls, prioritise and assign to relevant team members. They will be confident to work closely with users across the group to ensure that each report and application is being used to its full potential. Where possible they will troubleshoot user queries and resolve, provide advice and training or identify defects in systems and reports to be escalated.
What do you need to be successful in this role?
Attention to detail is a must, and you will naturally seek continuous improvement and work well in a team environment. You will bring experience of customer interaction to ensure that we are supporting colleagues to understand their needs and create bespoke reporting and data collection solutions. You will be technically minded and have an interest to continually develop your knowledge and skills to make the best use of the technology available.
Experience of using your own initiative to solve problems successfully and have an inquisitive nature and be keen to understand the sector and how data is recorded and used in order to develop reporting solutions efficiently and ensuring they are relevant to the user so that they can have maximum impact
MS Office skills in Excel will be essential. Experience of developing reporting solutions with Power BI and constructing and troubleshoot simple T-SQL queries is desirable.
