Trainer Assessor Gas/Plumbing - Based at CK Assessment and Training Ltd, Nazeing
Salary: £37,270 - £41,412 p. a. depending on experience and qualifications and can be up to £42,241 p.a. if IQA qualified
Are you seeking a new challenge or your next progression? A passionate Trainer Assessor is required to drive continued growth for this long-established business, which already has repeat business and an established reputation.
The overall purpose of the role is to provide professional teaching, learning and assessment support to students in line with awarding and funding body requirements. The successful candidate will have responsibility for management and achievement of a caseload of Apprenticeship and/or gas standard learners at level 3. You will be teaching students who are in small groups and have been selectively recruited as our best candidates rather than mass recruitment.
Duties include providing classroom and work-based teaching, design and delivery of effective learning sessions, visiting students in their place of work and conducting thorough and effective learner reviews.
Successful applicants will have a minimum of a level 3 Gas qualification, as well as up to date Gas accreditations and an A1 or equivalent assessor award.

Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills and want to make a difference, to ensure that our learners have the best possible experience in starting or progressing in their careers.

Location: The role is based at CK Assessment and Training Ltd, Nazeing, Essex, with opportunity to work from home part of the time.
Salary: £37,270 - 41,412 p. a. and up to £42,241 per annum if IQA qualified
Working hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Part time hours of 4 days a week can be considered
