Job description

 As a Corndel Employability Tutor, it is up to you to deliver high impact targeted employment support, tailored to achieve sustainable employment.  We see this position as one which provides the learner the opportunity to gain skills, knowledge and confidence in securing employment.

 Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the growth and development of Corndel Traineeships
  • You are expected to address the employability needs for each learner to include CV writing, preparation for interviews and searching for jobs.
  • Helping organise and manage promotional communications.
  • Tracking the placement of a learner to work experience.
  • Delivering bespoke online courses to meet a range of employability needs.
  • Remotely managing a classroom of people and setting boundaries
  • Meeting KPI's and targets
  • Adhering to all compliance and quality requirements
  • Using online systems and video platforms daily.

 We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can demonstrate:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • The ability to deliver online workshops in an engaging way.

  • Adaptability and able to use initiative and work independently.
