We are seeking to appoint a talented and motivated T Level Transition Offer Implementation Project Manager. You will be a key member of the T Level Transition Offer Implementation team, supporting a caseload of post-16 education providers who intend to deliver the T Level Transition Programme. You will help the provider design their Transition Programme, test different approaches and support the implementation of their Transition Programme.
You will have the autonomy to work using your own initiative within a collaborative and supportive team environment. This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting project that will make a positive difference to the further education sector, social and economic development and young people’s lives.
To be successful in this role you will need experience of working within the Further Education sector preferably at an operational management level. You will be a proactive problem-solver who is able to build strong professional relationships at pace with new people including senior leaders and strategic stakeholders. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential coupled with accuracy, strong attention to detail and a positive approach to problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to be able to relate to our customers, clients, and other stakeholders. You will also be an effective communicator and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills appropriate to liaise with individuals at all levels.
