  • Promoting the efficient delivery of academic and administrative services under any faculty, you are assigned to.
  • To oversee the educational needs of the university administrative staff.
  • To direct and monitor the actualization of the institution set goals.
  • Serve as a resource and provide information to faculty, staff, and students and other outside community agency.
  • To facilitate institution growth and development.
  • Lead and motivate the team of paid staff in the organization.
  • Develop and implement a sound organizational strategy in the institution.
  • Collaborate with external bodies to maximize the range of support both internally and externally.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of university policies, programs and educational programs that pertain to any department you are working under.
  • Enhance, and raise the institution's profile, impact or reputation both locally and otherwise.
  • Effectively manage the budget and supporting organizational improvement within the higher education sector.
  • Perform other jobs as will be demanded of this position.
