We are recruiting a Senior IT Support Engineer to work at our parent company, Hertford Regional College (HRC), to join the IT Services team across the state-of-the-art facilities in the Ware and Broxbourne Campuses.

About The Role

The Senior IT Support Engineer is part of a team providing IT Support and contributes to the effective operation, maintenance and repair of all computer related resources throughout the College. Responsibilities include developing the use of ICT across the College, whilst working on projects to provide up to date technologies to staff and students, whist maintaining existing systems.

About You

You will be able to demonstrate relevant technical IT related qualification through either industry experience or academic qualification. You will be able to demonstrate comprehensive experience of managing and deploying PC's, devices and applications by using Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro for Mac or similar and have a working knowledge of Virtual Environments, SANs, switches and VLANds. You will also have experience of working within a Helpdesk / Service Desk environment.

This role will suit someone who is seeking an opportunity to utilise their IT Support and engineer experience to maximise 3rd line support and IT services to 3000+ users.
