Could you be our new Inclusive Learning Programme Developer? This role is an exciting opportunity to oversee an innovative and growing team who are passionate about supporting young people to achieve positive outcomes. You may be currently teaching and would like to progress your career and use your experience working with small group of learners to support them on their learner journey. The role is supported by East Sussex County Council under the Inclusive Learning Project, in line with the reform in the SEND and Alternative Provision Plan 2023.

The ideal candidate will be a creative, hardworking, and confident professional with experience of working with students with SEND.
