  • 35 hours per week , 52 weeks per year (which can be worked flexibly), Permanent
  • Salary: £27,612 per annum - £39,173 per annum (based on experience and qualifications held)
Are you passionate about electronic music production and eager to inspire the next generation of music producers? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our dynamic team as a Lecturer in Electronic Music Production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan: Develop engaging and innovative lesson plans and learning materials for both Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE) programmes in electronic music production. As the Course Director of the Electronic Music Production course, you will lead curriculum design and development, ensuring alignment with industry standards and technological advancements.
  • Deliver: Deliver high-quality teaching sessions that inspire and motivate learners to explore the creative possibilities of electronic music production. Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, workshops, and practical exercises, to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Assess: Implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate learner progress and achievement. Provide constructive feedback to support learners in refining their skills and achieving their full potential in electronic music production.
  • Support: Offer guidance and support to learners, both academically and pastorally, to facilitate their personal and professional development. Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages collaboration, experimentation, and growth within the electronic music production community.
  • Contribute: Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our courses and curriculum. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in electronic music production to ensure the relevance and currency of our programmes.
