  • 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year - Permanent
  • Salary: £30,295 per annum - £33,944 per annum - Actual Salary £26,376 per annum - £29,553 per annum (Based on skills and experience)
We are looking for a Senior Personal Progress Tutor, to be responsible for coordinating the work of the Personal Progress Tutors, ensuring that we have an overall consistent approach to services being offered.

You will also be responsible for supporting the Head of Pastoral Care in assessing the quality of the provision on offer and implementing supportive improvement measures with staff if and when required. In addition you will have small cohort of students to work with delivering an effective tutorial entitlement and Personal Development Reviews which will enable students to achieve to their full potential, while developing wider skills at the same time. You will be a source of support, advice and guidance for the PPT team.
