For those new to teaching who are not yet ready to embark on the Level 5 Learning and Skills Teacher Apprenticeship, the Level 3 Award in Education and Training offers an ideal introduction.

This three-month programme is designed to develop a sound understanding and practical application of pedagogy and andragogy, with a clear emphasis on refining your professional practice and enhancing your effectiveness in the classroom.
