Lewisham Southwark College was formed in August 2012, following the merger of Lewisham College and Southwark College.
Across its South London campuses, Lewisham Southwark College provides a strong and vibrant vocational training offer which reaches out to local communities and enables learners to transform their prospects and their lives. We deliver high quality learning while promoting social inclusion and economic benefit.
Our curriculum is vocational and employer led, satisfying the growing needs of local businesses. We focus on enabling people to access jobs, higher education and self-employment through strong partnerships, outstanding teaching and the development of a culture of enterprise among our students.
At Lewisham Southwark College, we know that excellent results can only be achieved by recruiting and retaining the best possible talent to deliver the high standards that we set ourselves - and to strive for that little bit extra. We are committed to providing a wide range of benefits including generous annual leave, local government/teachers’ pension and health insurance. Our staff development initiatives are designed to support all members of the team as they continually refine and perfect the way they carry out their roles.
