Job Description – this is more details about the job, it includes a person specification, that details what skills, qualifications, behaviours we are looking for and at what stage you will assessed against them.
Applying – once you click apply, you will be asked to create a profile, upload a CV if you have one (it will pre-populate your application form using the information in your C)., this information is used as part of our talent pool, if you give us permission to contact you.
Application Form – Once you have completed the profile, it takes you automatically into the application form. This gives you an opportunity to show us how your skills and experience match the job description and person specification. Your Supporting statement is used in the shortlisting process to assess whether you meet the criteria in the person specification of the job description. What We Do
Anonymous Shortlisting – the hiring manager only has access to personal details of those candidates they invite to interview once they have sent out an interview invite email. They shortlist based on personal statement, career history and qualifications.
Adjustments – Candidates are able to ask for reasonable adjustment at any stage of our recruitment process as long as they have stated they are disabled in the application form, this could include asking for the application form in a different format, interview questions in advance and extra time to complete a test. These will vary based on each candidate’s individual requirements.

HE providers:
Leeds Conservatoire
Is a specialist conservatoire in the UK, delivering expert music and performing arts education to a community of students. We provide a variety of undergraduate, foundation and postgraduate degrees in music, dance & drama related subject areas, along with Leeds Junior Conservatoire for young musicians and performers.
University Centre
We offer foundation, top-up, bachelor and postgraduate degrees such as PGCE, along with higher-level and degree apprenticeships. We help students take a flexible approach to higher education, with progression routes from HNC/HND or a foundation degree through to master's qualifications. We offer a supportive environment and small class sizes, to give students the personal support they need.
FE Providers:
Leeds City College including the 14-16 Academy
We are known for our commitment to providing high-quality education and training to students of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. We offer a variety of pathways, including academic, vocational, and apprenticeship courses, to ensure that students can pursue the career or higher education opportunities they desire.
Within Leeds City College, the 14-16 Academy plays a unique role in providing education to younger learners who benefit from an alternative to traditional schooling. The academy offers a supportive environment where students aged 14 to 16 years old can focus on gaining essential qualifications, such as GCSEs, while exploring vocational subjects.
Leeds Sixth Form
We offer a comprehensive range of A/AS-Level and vocational courses designed to meet the diverse interests and aspirations of our students. Our staff members are committed to delivering engaging and challenging lessons that inspire intellectual curiosity and promote critical thinking. We believe in a holistic approach to education, where academic success is complemented by personal development and extracurricular involvement
Harrogate College
We offer a diverse range of courses to cater to various interests and career paths, including A/AS-Levels, Apprenticeships, T-Levels, master level degrees and adult learning courses.

Work on our £20m campus rebuild is underway, we are replacing the main building and constructing a renewable energy hub to take our training and education provision to the next level. A key focus of the upgraded campus will be on teaching sustainable technology skills, something which we have pledged to become net zero by 2035, by incorporating energy efficient systems.
Keighley College
Keighley College is a dynamic educational institution located in West Yorkshire, it offers a wide range of courses to cater to various interests and career paths, including A/AS-Levels, Apprenticeships, T-Levels and adult learning courses.
We are committed to providing high-quality education and training to students of all ages and backgrounds. We are known for our hands-on learning approach, dedicated staff and strong industry connections, which help our students gain practical skills and prepare for successful careers.
Locations:
Our main campuses are in Leeds, Keighley & Harrogate. Our job adverts will make it clear where the job is based but all our sites are easily accessible by public transport including bus and trains.
