National Star employs c700 people. The specialist and diverse nature of what we do means we recruit a wide range of staff across a variety of disciplines all of who are here to help our students grow in independence and achieve their goals.

We offer a range of full-time, part-time, term-time only and all year posts as well as traineeships and apprenticeships.  Our roles could be based at a number of locations including our main college campus at Ullenwood, one of our residences in Gloucester and Cheltenham, as well as various locations around the country.

We have a strong emphasis on training and development, with all staff having a thorough induction programme and follow-up training. The whole organisation comes together in our September Training Week and plans for the forthcoming year are discussed, views sought, and training delivered.

National Star is an accredited NVQ/Diploma Centre and offers an NVQ’s/Diploma programme in Health and Social Care (Level’s 2 and 3) as well as Leadership in Health and Social Care (Level 5).
