If you are considering your next career move and you are totally committed to making a real difference to people and employers in our community, then we might just have the role for you.
Wirral Met College is a great place to work and we all have an individual and team commitment to delivering our vision ‘to be an inclusive, outstanding College’. In striving to achieve our vision, we worked together with our students and key stakeholders to develop our core values and we promote and live those values of ‘success, passion, integrity, respect and opportunity’. Our vibrant and diverse General Further Education College has 5 modern campuses located within Wirral that have recently enjoyed £25 million investment.
We are proud of our work with employers and how we are meeting local skills needs and transforming lives through learning. The College is currently rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and we have a relentless focus on quality, as we continue our journey to Outstanding. If you have the necessary skills, experience and drive to join our team then we would be delighted to receive an application from you.
Our College has outstanding financial health and fantastic resources that are continually being developed to meet the needs of employers and students who speak about the College with real passion. We ensure our 16 to 18-year-old students get the best possible transition from school to college and onwards into universities or careers, including apprenticeships. We are also the largest provider of adult education, training and apprenticeships in Wirral, providing a wide range of support for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities and our high needs provision has been judged grade 1 outstanding by Ofsted, in the last two inspections.
Yours sincerely
