The University of Leicester International Study Centre launched in 2008, and since then has welcomed over 1000 students from across the world.
Study Group has enjoyed a successful partnership with the University of Leicester over the last 10 years, during which time many of the international students that attended the International Study Centre have progressed to the University. Our last intake was September 2018.
The current contract between Study Group and the University expires on 31 August 2019 and Study Group is going to cease its operation of the International Study Centre on that date. Study Group will continue to maintain the excellent teaching standards which have enabled previous students to progress directly to degree programmes, until course completion.
A diverse international student intake
Since the launch of the International Study Centre at the University of Leicester, the University has enjoyed a record number of international students. Study Group’s global reach has enabled the University to recruit from a wider geographic range, promoting real diversity.
The International Study Centre, run by Study Group, delivers outstanding programmes providing international students with the academic knowledge, study support and pastoral care that helps each student to make the best of the opportunities on offer within the University.
"Coming to the International Study Centre was one of the best decisions that I ever made because it really helps get you ready for life at university and gain a lot of confidence. My time at the International Study Centre was absolutely amazing. The course was really good. The best thing about my experience were the tutors, they were very motivating. I could go to them for anything, and they pushed me to expand my horizons. They definitely helped me a lot through my transition."
