We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Work placement officer to join our team. This position plays a vital role in assessing and monitoring the performance and development of individuals working within early years settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting workplace assessments, providing constructive feedback, and supporting continuous improvement within the sector. The role includes involvement in standardisation and moderation of certain elements of this qualification.

Suitable candidates require a relevant qualification in Early Years or a related field at a minimum of Level 4 and have a good knowledge of Teaching Assistant qualifications, Levels two and three in Early Years and some knowledge of T Levels in Education & Childcare and Assisting teaching is desirable. Additionally, they should have experience in conducting workplace assessments and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
