IAG Co-Ordinator

Colchester - but sometimes required to work at other locations

£23,473 - £24,050 per annum

Fixed Term from 01.06.24 until 29.08.25 – Full-time – 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

About the role

You will hold a critical front of house position within the college providing a welcoming and caring first point of contact for candidates (mainly adult learners) looking to consider / pursue career options or career change opportunities.  You will also provide co-ordination support for the development and delivery of exciting new projects and programmes to enhance the colleges opportunity to support adult learners.

About you

You will hold a Level 2 IAG Information, Advice & Guidance qualification or be willing to work towards one within the first 6 months of joining.  You will have the ability to work across all college campuses if and as required and be able to work flexibly to meet changing needs and work demands
