The college is looking for an enthusiastic Personal Development Tutor to join their talented team of educators. They are responsible for the provision of consistent pastoral support through the delivery of effective group tutorials covering Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare subjects. They also need to support teachers and course managers with pastoral, behavioural and welfare issues through fluid and swift communication. The Personal development Tutor must have a strong 1:1 and group teaching abilities in order to create a progressive learning environment.

Successful Personal Development Tutor will have:

GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English Language or equivalent

Level 2 Safeguarding or equivalent or willing to work towards

Level 4 Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards within the first 12 months of employment

Degree or equivalent (desirable)
