Job description
The post-holder would be responsible for the oversight of the A Level Geography programme and EPQ enrichment programme, ensuring students are fulfilling their potential and achieving their target grades. The post-holder will clearly plan the A Level Geography and EPQ programmes and ensure that the syllabus is delivered in a constructive manner to allow students to build upon their knowledge and skills within this subject.

The post-holder will be motivated, enthusiastic and a strong team player who strives to deliver the best possible outcomes for our students by maximising their potential to make positive progress towards timely success. You will be expected to take part in the college quality process, providing termly analysis on the progress of students and placing interventions in place when required.

You will join our outstanding A Level team and will co-ordinate a highly effective teaching, learning and assessment experience for our students. You will be an excellent teacher and demonstrate flexibility in your approach to adapt to the various levels and needs of learners. You will also lead a successful team of staff to contribute to the College's expectations of quality.
