The Job Role

Educated Recruitment are looking for a Maths teacher who is driven and dedicated to educating and guiding the young minds of our future. Ideally, you will be local to Holsworhty or willing to commute. You will be able to adapt to different environments, engage students with invigorating ideas and radiate positivity throughout the placement.

This is a full time, temporary position to commence from April 15th.

Maths Teacher Responsibilities

- Delivering cover lessons

- Preparing planning if required

- Following safeguarding and school policies

- Marking work as needed

- Liaising with school staff

Maths Teacher Essentials

- QTS or ECT status (applications from other teaching backgrounds also welcome)

- A current DBS, or Update Service subscription (the agency can apply for this)

- A 3 year minimum reference history

- Up to date knowledge of the curriculum

- Reliability

- Excellent communication skills
