Are you an experienced School Administrator looking for a new and exciting opportunity in the educational sector? We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a School Administrator in Derbyshire. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our school.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your expertise in SIMS to maintain accurate and up-to-date student records.
Demonstrate excellent spoken and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, students, and parents.
Display a methodical and well-organized approach to all administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in your work.
Work with confidence and proficiency with figures, handling financial transactions and maintaining budget records.
Showcase good ICT skills to effectively use a range of administrative software and tools.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents, fostering a collaborative and supportive school environment.
Prioritize and manage workload efficiently, ensuring tasks are completed within specified timelines.
Demonstrate sensitivity and understanding in dealing with various stakeholders within the school community.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a School Administrator in an educational setting.
Proficiency in SIMS (School Information Management System) is essential.
Exceptional spoken and written communication skills.
Methodical and well-organized approach to work.
Accurate and detail-oriented with strong attention to detail.
Confidence and proficiency with figures, financial transactions, and budget management.
Good ICT skills, including familiarity with administrative software.
Ability to relate well with pupils, teachers, and parents.
Strong ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.
