Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance pupil's knowledge.
• Assess and monitor student progress to ensure they meet their expected learning outcomes.
• Identify gaps in student's understanding.
• Build productive relationships with parents and guardians.
• Design and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons in line with the national curriculum.

Requirements You Need:

• Have a relevant qualifications (QTS or ECT)
• Experience within a KS1 classroom.
• Be passionate about supporting children with their learning
• The ability to keep children engaged and motivated
• Have strong communication skills
• Have good behaviour management skills
