Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant

Start Date: ASAP

Full Time position on a temporary basis

Rates of pay vary between £80-£100 per day depending on experience

I currently have the pleasure of working with a popular Secondary School based in North Warwickshire that are looking for a Learning Support Assistant on a temporary basis. Your role will be to support KS3 (years11-14 years old) students on a 1-2-1 and small group basis that have additional learning needs.

Requirements for the ideal candidate below:

• Happy to work 5 days a week starting at 8:30am and finishing at 15.30pm each day.
• Passionate about providing quality support to students with additional learning needs such as Autism, SEMH and Complex Needs
• Previous experience working with KS3 students desired but not essential.
• Have a good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines.
• A minimum of 6 months referenceable experience in an educational setting.

All our supply staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you re paying the right level of Tax and National Insurance and there s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard-earned cash.

A dedicated Secondary Consultant will be available to also support and provide market leading advice whilst in the role.
