About Us: Our school is a pioneering educational institution dedicated to providing holistic support and education for children with autism. Since our inception in January 2023, we have been committed to nurturing a therapeutic and reflective learning environment, prioritizing the needs of our pupils through an evolving curriculum centered around social communication development. As we continue to expand, we are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers to join our team.

We are now seeking high-quality teachers for KS3 and KS4 who can lead subject specialisms throughout the school. We have opportunities available in Art with Design and Technology, Physical Education and Outdoor Learning (Forest School Lead desirable), and English or Maths in a Special School. However, candidates with expertise in other curriculum subjects are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging and dynamic lessons tailored to the needs of students with autism.
  • Developing innovative curriculum resources and teaching methodologies.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Establishing positive relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.
  • Committing to personal and professional development to enhance teaching practice.
  • Fostering inclusivity and diversity across all aspects of school life.
