Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Reception Teacher, you will play a key role in shaping the educational journey of our youngest learners, responsible for:

• Planning and delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and creativity
• Creating a warm and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported
• Assessing children's progress and providing personalized feedback to support their individual needs and interests
• Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to create a holistic learning experience for children
• Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise in Early Years education

Qualifications and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with Early Years children is highly desirable
• Passion for Early Years education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in young children
• Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
