Hugh Baird College is currently seeking to appoint an inspirational and exceptional Campus Principal to lead our Sefton Sixth Form College.

We are looking for a person with the energy, ambition, and drive to deliver an outstanding offer of academic excellence. This person must be a skilled leader of people and be able to evidence they have had significant and demonstrable impact in supporting young people in realising their post 18 aspirations. In this vital post, you will provide leadership and management of the area in ensuring all students have a high-quality learning experience via an outstanding provision. You will also determine the overall direction and strategic purpose of the Sixth Form by implementing innovative curriculum initiatives in collaboration with external stakeholders to ensure relevance of offer.

Reporting directly to the Deputy Principal, you will ensure that all provision within the remit of the role meets targets for student recruitment, student achievement, academic progress and progression. Additionally, you will effectively manage all allocated resources to ensure operational cost effectiveness in the use of allocated budgets, accommodation and equipment.

You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Sixth Form team, embedding a culture which fully aligns with the College values.
