We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary School Teacher to join our team of education professionals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a variety of primary schools in Northamptonshire, delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to children across different year groups and subject areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum, ensuring that all students have access to a broad and balanced education.
Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the academic, social, and emotional development of all students.
Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to the individual needs and learning styles of students, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning and development, tracking progress against learning objectives and targets.
Establish positive relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and collaboration.
Contribute to the wider life of the school community through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Previous experience teaching within a primary school setting, with a strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
Excellent classroom management skills, with the ability to create a positive and orderly learning environment conducive to learning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
A commitment to ongoing professional development and a willingness to engage in training opportunities relevant to primary education.
Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo clearance) is essential.
