About the Role

You will lead and inspire the next generation of esports talent through your planning and delivery of the level 3 Esports curriculum, years 1 and 2 . You will mark and assess learner projects, setting high expectations and motivating them to be the best they can be. You will be a role model, providing our learners with innovative, practical and employment-led training.

Knowledge of the current Esports landscape within the broader games industry is vital. You will have up-to-date knowledge and experience across various games and genres. You will have knowledge and understanding of esports skills, strategies and analysis, live-streamed broadcasting and video production. You will understand entrepreneurship in Esports and have experience in building a brand and knowledge about employability within the sector. You will appreciate the importance of health, wellbeing and fitness for Esports players and the reasons that government and national bodies are prioritising this area of the esports industry.

You will collaborate with others to share best practices and ensure that our learners get the highest quality experience. You will work with experienced, passionate tutors and within a support service provided by our Central Team. Your future is here. Working at Access Creative College London is a place to belong. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills which will help you to effectively manage the delivery of high-quality lessons and Schemes of Work. and to organise internal and external examination/assessment-related administration including the moderation and verification of coursework and internal course assessments.

Ideally, you will have a degree or equivalent professional qualification in an Esports-related subject area, and maths and English qualifications at level 2 or above. A teaching qualification is desirable but if you don't have one, we will pay for you to get one and provide you with time to study!
