Temporary Enrolment Assistant's

The Bedford College Group is seeking individuals who are eager to gain experience in the educational sector! We have the following roles available:
  • Customer Contact Assistants
  • Customer Contact Enrolment Assistant
  • Student Registry Enrolment Assistants (5 roles - 4 based at Cauldwell Street and 1 at Bromham Road)
The Student Registry contract will commence on 19th August 2024 for a 4-week period up to Friday 13th September

The Customer Contact Enrolment Assistant contract will commence on 12th August 2024 for 7 weeks until 27th September.

The working days will generally be Monday to Friday with a working pattern of (Mon-Thurs 08:30 to 17:00, Fri 08:30 to 16:00), however, there may be a requirement for additional hours to be worked where the workload demands and particularly on the bank holiday weekend 24th, 25th and 26th August).

Ideal candidates will have the following skills and qualifications:
  • Safeguarding knowledge and experience (training will be provided)
  • 5 GCSE's including Maths and English at Grade 4 or above
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children, young people and vulnerable adults

About The Bedford College Group

The Bedford College Group was formed in 2017 following the merger of Bedford College and Tresham College and is now the largest provider of education in the South East Midlands, with over 15,000 students passing through our doors each year.
