You will take responsibility for the development, quality and organisation of the area, in particular: the leadership and professional development of teaching and support staff; curriculum development; managing resources and departmental budgets; promoting and monitoring Equal Opportunities for students and staff.

About you:
You will hold an Honours Degree in Social Science subject or related area as well as a recognised teaching qualification. You will be used to maintaining professional and quality standards and keeping high quality documentation. You will have extensive successful A-Level teaching experience in one or more of the Social Sciences with the 16 - 19 age group.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the CCCG team who are passionate and dedicated to providing our students with the best possible teaching and training to fulfil the futures best suited to them.
