An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint a Team Leader in Foundation Learning based at our Mottingham Campus with responsibility for provision across all Campuses.
Foundation Learning provision offers courses for young people who require one year of additional learning before progressing onto vocational courses, an apprenticeship, or employment. The team leader will manage all staff teaching delivering Foundation Learning courses and the Princess Trust Scheme and will also have a 0.5 teaching commitment.
The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of SEND, behaviour management and have a teaching qualification or a willingness to work towards this qualification, a degree or similar in an appropriate discipline.
