Contract: Two days per week, until the end of the academic year. Thursday and Friday

Veritas Education is working closely with a welcoming Lancaster primary school seeking an experienced Year 1 Teacher to join their team from Easter through to July 2026. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for a passionate educator who thrives in EYFS and KS1 settings. This is a job share position.

• Teaching a lovely Year 1 class
• Thursdays and Fridays each week
• Planning, delivery, and assessment expected
• Supportive leadership team and friendly staff

• A qualified teacher (QTS essential)
• Strong EYFS/KS1 experience
• Confident with early phonics, early maths, and transition from Reception to Year 1
• Someone committed, nurturing, and able to hit the ground running

• Paid to scale
• Supportive consultants, who has supported teachers and prmary schools in Lancaster for over 14 years
• Opportunities for further placements and long-term roles
