We are looking for a motivated and suitably qualified individual to join our dynamic team as a Early Years setting work place Assessor This is a part time position, working 22.5 hours per week. We can be flexible around any care commitments. You will hold demonstrable industry competence in the early years field, and hold a minimum level 3 in early years qualification, along with an assessors award. You should have the ability to encourage and inspire young people due to the experience that you have in this industry. We are looking for someone with enthusiasm, passion and a vibrant personality that can motivate our young students and provide high quality assessment & support. A driving licence would also be preferable due to the industry placement locations but is not essential. This role is based from our Southend City College.
