We are seeking reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team of Hourly Paid Invigilators at Abingdon and Witney College to support the smooth running of examinations.
As an Invigilator, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and security of the examination process. You will supervise students during exams, distribute and collect papers, enforce exam conditions, and report any irregularities.
Key Responsibilities: - Set up examination rooms in accordance with exam board requirements.
- Ensure students adhere to exam rules and regulations.
- Distribute and collect exam papers securely.
- Record attendance and report any incidents or breaches.
- Maintain a calm and supportive exam environment.
Essential Criteria: - Excellent attention to detail.
- Calm, professional, and confident in managing students.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Able to follow strict procedures and work independently or as part of a team.
- Previous invigilation or educational experience is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided.
