What you'll be doing...- mentoring and coaching 16-19 learners and apprentices in Engineering, Aerospace & Automotive to help them engage fully with college life
- supporting students through emotional, social and behavioural challenges
- delivering one-to-one and small group interventions
- working closely with teaching staff and support teams to ensure students succeed
- liaising with families and external agencies where necessary
- tracking progress and celebrating student development
