• Position: Year 4/5 Class Teacher (Maternity Cover)

• Location: Accrington, Lancashire

• Start Date: April 2026 (Post-Easter)

• End Date: December 2026

• Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

• Pay: Competitive rates based on experience/MPS

The successful candidate will take full teaching and planning responsibilities for a mixed Year 4/5 class. We are looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Proven experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (KS2).

• The ability to differentiate lessons effectively for a mixed-age class.

• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to integrate quickly into a large staff team.

• A commitment to maintaining high standards of pupil attainment and wellbeing.
