? What You'll Be Doing

? Monitoring daily attendance and identifying patterns of concern? Making first-day calls and communicating with parents/carers? Following school attendance policies and legal frameworks? Working with pastoral teams to support vulnerable pupils? Preparing reports and data for SLT, governors, and external agencies? Conducting home visits (where necessary) alongside safeguarding staff? Supporting wider school administration when needed

What You'll Need

? Experience in school attendance, admin, pastoral, or safeguarding? Strong data and IT skills (SIMS/Arbor experience a bonus)? Excellent communication & relationship-building skills? Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism? A proactive, compassionate, and solutions-focused mindset? An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one through Hays)
