Salary: 1,700 - 2,100 per month

We are currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work within a welcoming primary school setting in Harlow, supporting pupils with a range of additional learning needs. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support pupils across the primary age range, including those with SEN and additional needs

• Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging learning activities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support where required

• Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development

• Help maintain a safe, positive and structured classroom environment

• Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement

• Have experience working with children (school experience preferred)

• Are confident, reliable and adaptable

• Have a positive attitude and strong communication skills

• Are passionate about supporting children's learning and development

• Have an interest in SEN and inclusive education
