Empowering Learning is expanding its Oxfordshire team and we are pleased to announce the relaunch of our working with Rugby schools, and we're looking for enthusiastic teachers and cover supervisors to join our local supply team. The idea is that you will be open to work in the Rugby and Banbury areas.

Whether you're between roles, starting your teaching journey, or simply looking for greater flexibility, we'd love to hear from you. We're especially keen to connect with people who are passionate about education and excited to work across a variety of school settings.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to build valuable classroom experience, support student development, and explore different schools across the region.

As a supply teacher or cover supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
• Enjoy the freedom to shape your own working week
• Gain experience across a range of schools, year groups, and teaching styles
• Manage classroom behaviour to create a positive, productive learning environment
• Support students with their learning and keep them engaged throughout the day

Who We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have experience working with children or young people in a school or similar setting
• Are motivated to support both students and schools in achieving their goals
• Bring positivity, adaptability, and confidence into every classroom
• Are comfortable managing a classroom and delivering lessons across various subjects and age groups
• Hold a degree or have equivalent relevant experience in education
