      Behaviour Mentor - SEMH Through School (Primary & Secondary)Bromley, LondonStart: Next TermPay: £100-£118 per day

      We are seeking dedicated, resilient and compassionate Behaviour Mentors to join a specialist SEMH through school in South London, supporting pupils across both Primary and Secondary phases. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people with additional needs, social-emotional challenges, and behavioural barriers to learning.

      About the Role: Build trusting, supportive relationships with pupils Provide 1:1 and small-group support around emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement Implement de-escalation and behaviour management strategies Work closely with teachers, pastoral staff and external professionals Support pupils with SEMH needs, trauma backgrounds and challenging behaviours Promote a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment

      Requirements: Experience working with children with additional needs and challenging behaviour (education, youth work, care, PRU or similar settings) Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills Resilience, empathy and a calm approach A genuine desire to support vulnerable young people Ability to commit full-time from next term
