      37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
      £24,705 - £26,823 per annum


      We currently have vacancies at both our Ipswich Road and Easton sites. This is an exciting time to join our organisation and contribute to delivering a high-quality examinations service for our students and academic teams.

      In this role, you will ensure that all examination and achievement administrative processes are completed accurately and on time. This includes the booking and scheduling of assessments, preparation of exam materials, processing and claiming achievements, maintaining a large student database, and analysing the data held within it.

      You will provide support to a wide range of customers, including students, academic staff and external stakeholders. The role is office-based, and you will work collaboratively as part of a busy and supportive team.

      Applicants should be qualified to at least Level 3 and have experience of using complex databases and systems. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines are essential for success in this role.

Please note: following changes to filtering rules introduced on 28 November 2020, we cannot accept Update Service checks for DBS certificates issued before this date. A new DBS check will therefore be required through City College Norwich.
