      Are you a newly qualified or junior Welder looking for a role where you can sharpen your skills, gain real hands-on experience, and progress into a fully qualified, highly skilled welder?

      In this role, you'll work alongside experienced welders and engineers, carrying out welding and fabrication tasks while building your technical ability in a structured environment. You'll gain exposure to a range of projects, learn to work from technical drawings, and develop your skills to a high standard - with a clear pathway to becoming a fully qualified welder.

      The Role:

      • Carrying out welding and basic fabrication work
      • Assisting with repairs, modifications, and engineering projects
      • Working from drawings and technical specifications
      • Maintaining high health & safety and quality standards

      The Person:

      • Recognised welding qualification (college, NVQ, apprenticeship, or similar)
      • Eager to learn and develop practical welding skills
      • Ambitious and motivated to progress into a more qualified welding role
      • Commutable to Bath
