We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Job Coach to support young people with learning difficulties and disabilities as they move from education into meaningful employment. You will work closely with learners and local employers, providing hands-on workplace support, delivering preparation and travel training, and ensuring each placement is carefully matched to individual skills and career goals.

Acting as the key link between the College and employers, you will monitor progress against EHCP outcomes and help resolve challenges quickly and professionally. This is a dynamic, people-focused role for someone organised, proactive and committed to inclusive practice.
