We're looking for someone patient and super-organised to work in our Bricklaying and Maintenance team to teach our new apprenticeships in roofing- sheeting and cladding and slating and tiling. You don't need any teaching experience / qualifications for this role, but you'll need some industry experience in roofing.
You'll need to be...- organised and reliable
- supportive, patient and approachable
- confident with industry-specific tools and machinery, with a great knack for explaining things simply and clearly
- flexible and happy muck to in and do what's needed
- knowledgeable about / experienced in roofing sheeting and/or slating
What you'll be doing...- Teaching apprentices how to install Cladding sheeting materials to walls and roofs
- Creating and designing resources for use in teaching
- Assessing learners and giving feedback
- Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional learning experiences
