PERSON SPECIFICATION - Demonstrable administrative and organisational skills
- Good IT skills
- Experience of working in a library
- Experience of working within a team
- Demonstrable experience of working with a diverse community including people from black & minority ethnic groups & people with disabilities
- Demonstrable communication skills in answering enquiries from customers with diverse needs/backgrounds face to face and over the telephone
- Excellent interpersonal skills and, ability to work with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Demonstrable numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience of organising own work effectively
