Spencer Clarke Group are working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Leyland who are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join their Early Years team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about early childhood development and can create an engaging, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where young learners can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework.
Support pupils' personal, social and emotional development.
Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
Track and assess pupil progress through observation and assessment.
Work collaboratively with support staff, parents and the wider school team.
Participate fully in staff meetings, planning sessions and school activities.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
Experience teaching within EYFS or Reception.
Strong understanding of early years development and phonics.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A positive, proactive and adaptable approach to teaching.
