      KS2/KS3 QTS Specialist Teacher - Small Group InterventionsHampton

      ASAP Start Long term contract - term time only. Temp to perm

      We are looking for an experienced KS2/KS3 Specialist Teacher to begin immediately at a secondary school in Hampton. The role involves delivering targeted small-group intervention sessions in Maths, Science, and English to support learners in closing gaps, strengthening understanding, and building confidence.

      About the Role

      The successful candidate will:

      • Plan and deliver structured intervention lessons to small groups
      • Assess learning needs and tailor sessions accordingly
      • Support pupils in developing confidence, independence, and core subject skills
      • Monitor progress and provide clear feedback to staff
      • Work collaboratively with class teachers and the SEN/Intervention team
      Candidate Requirements
      • Strong curriculum knowledge across KS2 and KS3 core subjects
      • QTS
      • Experience adapting teaching for a range of learning needs
      • Clear communication skills and a supportive approach
      • Organised, proactive, and able to start at short notice
